For confirmed All-on packages, standard extractions and root-canal treatments required within the treatment plan, hotel accommodation and clinic/airport transfers are included. The patient books and pays for flights. Bone grafting or sinus lift is listed separately only when medically necessary.
The treating clinic defines the actual stages and timing after reviewing the individual findings.
Photos, available X-rays or CBCT, symptoms and previous plans support the first review.
Bone, bite, soft tissue, remaining teeth, general health and possible additional procedures are assessed medically.
Implant count, materials, possible provisional restoration, stages, reviews and costs should be documented for the case.
