Türkiye BioHealth is not the treating clinic. We structure your request and coordinate communication with the independent clinic clearly named in your individual written proposal.
From first contact to a named clinic
Each step remains traceable and is kept separate from travel services and medical promises.
1. Clarify the request
Treatment goals, concerns, existing offers and open questions are recorded clearly.
2. Organise documents
Photographs, X-rays and existing plans are prepared for a preliminary professional review.
3. Written response
The clinic, responsible dentist, proposal, materials, possible stages and costs are requested in writing.
4. Plan afterwards
Appointment, travel, hotel and transfer are arranged separately only after reviewing the medical proposal.
What makes a partner clinic traceable
You receive this information in writing and clearly documented before you decide.
Your clinic is named in the proposal
Before you decide, you receive the name, location and contact details of the intended clinic in writing.
Your treating dentist is confirmed
Before your appointment, you learn who will carry out the treatment and which clinic holds medical responsibility.
You receive a written treatment and cost plan
Planned treatment, materials, possible additional costs and any booked travel services are shown separately and clearly.
Documents for follow-up and aftercare
After treatment you receive the available invoices, X-rays, implant or material data and guidance for further check-ups.
Clear responsibilities before your treatment
Role of Türkiye BioHealth
We support the request, documents, communication and organisational preparation. We do not diagnose or provide treatment.
Role of the independent clinic
The clinic named in the proposal and its treating dentists are responsible for examination, diagnosis, information, consent and treatment.
Important notice
The intended clinic and responsible dentist are identified before the appointment is confirmed. Final medical decisions follow an in-person examination.
