Patient Service Process Turkey
Türkiye BioHealth is not a clinic and does not replace a dental examination. We receive your request, send the records to the dentist at our partner clinic in Istanbul and forward the dentist's response or individual proposal to you.
The actual process in four steps
1. Send dental photos and X-rays
Send current dental and smile photos. You can also include an existing X-ray, treatment plan or relevant records.
2. Dentist reviews the records
The dentist at the partner clinic checks whether an initial assessment and plan can be made from the records. Final diagnosis requires clinical examination.
3. Response or individual proposal
If an initial plan is possible, Türkiye BioHealth forwards the dentist's response or individual proposal to you. Remaining questions can then be clarified specifically.
4. Direct dentist contact
If you want to continue, you receive the dentist's direct contact details. Medical questions, the final plan, price confirmation and appointment are clarified with the treating side.

Türkiye BioHealth does not diagnose or promise treatment results. Medical decisions and treatment remain with the treating dentist and partner clinic.
