Aftercare documents

Aftercare documents after dental treatment in Turkey

If you travel for implants, crowns or full-arch work, long-term safety depends on records you can show at home. Ask for a complete document pack before flying back.

Why these documents matter

Ask for the full document pack in writing before you leave: implant passport, material certificate, treatment summary and invoice. Keep both a paper and a digital copy, and share them with your local dentist at your first check-up so they are on file before anything needs attention.

Checklist

  • Implant passport with brand, model, diameter and lot number
  • Material certificate for abutments, crowns, bridges and temporaries
  • Written treatment summary with tooth numbers and procedures
  • X-ray files, photos or other baseline records for follow-up
  • Invoice and payment record in a format your local dentist can read

FAQ

Is this a reimbursement guarantee?

No. Documents improve transparency but do not guarantee insurance or public reimbursement.

Can another dentist continue treatment later?
